On 5/20/05 Centre County Station 16 and Clinton County Station 17 along with Ambulance 21 and Medic 15 also out of Clinton County were dispatched to MVA with entrapment at the intersection of RT 64 and RT 445. Asst. Chief 1603 arrived on scene confirming entrapment with a mini van into a building. Engine 17-1, Medium Duty Rescue 17-62, Engine Rescue 1614, and Utility 1622  arrived on scene momentarily of each other. Crews stabilized the vehicle and started extrication. Crews rolled the dash, removed the drivers side door, and flapped the roof. The elderly female pt was transported to Giesinger Medical Center  in Danville PA by Giesinger Life Flight 3. PSP Rockview is investigating the wreck. Engine 1612 Established the LZ.
