At 1130 hours on Sunday Jan 4, 2004.  Fayette Fire Co was dispatched along with Fayette EMS, Delaware Township Fire Co., Mifflintown Fire/Rescue, and Medic 29, to a reported vehicle accident with possible entrapment, 1/2 mile west of McAlisterville on S.R. 35.  Chief 41 was first on scene confirming 1 vehicle into a tree, on an embankment, with entrapment.  

Fayette fire personnel stabilized the vehicle while Fayette EMS stabilized and immobilized the Patient.  Mifflintown Fire/Rescue extricated the patient with assistance from Fayette fire personnel.  Fayette EMS and Medic 29 transported the Patient ALS to Lewistown Hospital
