Effort Auto Acident

Occurred on Route 155 in effort, PA A minivan attempted to turn let in fornt of a pick up truck. The minivan was struck broadside and pushed off the street into a ditch. the driver of the minivan was ejected and pinned under the front tire. A 5 year old was partially ejected, another 4 year old was pinned in the back. Neither of the children were in car seats. All 3 were flown by helicopter to a trauma center. The pick up sustained heavy front end damage and the ladders flying off struck another vehicle. Station 43 was primary response and Station 35 provided additional manpower and handled the landing zone.
