Central VFC was activated at 00:17 hrs on the morning of Monday April 26,2004.  Upon arrival, found 1 sportscar broadside into a utility pole with 1 heavily entrapped.  2 sets of Rescue tools were utilized to free the pt who was then transported to an awaiting helicopter.  Total extrication time was 22 minutes from dispatch.  Central Firefighters were assisted on scene by the Greenock VFC, Elizabeth TWP FD#1 (Blythedale), Elizabeth TWP EMS, Local Pd, Lifeflight, & Allegheny County Homicide (accident reconstruction)
